The food is always great, and the service is even better. Kaitlyn took great care of us- she is a real asset. Niles Outback is "customer first", a great meal and it has the warm cozy feel of a family run restaurant. Spotlessly clean also- not the "sort-of-clean" that passes in most chains. Ben Rhodes runs a top notch restaurant with professional people doing a bang-up job. Keep up the great work!!
Atmosphere pleasant and inviting. Service excellent. Food amazing. Definitely will return and recommend others to go to this Outback. You can tell the owner takes pride in providing his customers with the best experience possible in his restaurant.
Our waitress was Kaitlyn and she was amazing!!! The food was absolutely wonderful. Definitely will be coming back
I would have given them a five-star except for the fact they do not realize that there are people who do not enjoy spicy ranch dressing or everything spicy. The food was good and our food servers were exceptional. Just remember not everyone wants everything super spicy or with a zing
Steaks are always tender. Food is always hot. Service is good. Waitress was slow today but, still had what we needed.
