I watched them try to charge my mom an extra 100 dollars than the said on the phone. They changed it to the original price, but that still was very scummy of them. Probably will not return here

If you have a serious problem with your vehicle DO NOT GO HERE. After spending close to 1,000$ for repairs they just threw their hands up and said "we don't know what the problem is". Here's a couple hundred back and see you later. They charged me for a part and never told me about it. Then it ended up being the wrong part. I brought it in and they acted like they new nothing about it. These guys are a complete joke, stay far away!!!
I am currrntly dealing with pep boys and I am ver y skeptical because I was quoted a price of over a 1000 for a Transmisison pan to be replaced it just seem rather high for parts and labor!
