This business is beyond incompetence! I paid them for a month rental, then they wanted to set the TV I was leasing up in my house for me, which was unnecessary, so because I wouldn't allow them to burn an entire day waiting for them, they cancelled my order, asked us to come in to give them a refund and then tried to short us on the refund. Save yourself unneeded hassles, if you are going to choose to lease merchandise, deal with Aarons, Rent One or Rent A Center; even Vernon's is easier to deal with than these bozos. Also, Howard that works at this store comes off creepy, so take caution.
