It's a great place to work out. Friendly and no one bothers you. The massage beds are the best. Love it!
I love the niles store so nice and friendly..unfortuantely I can't say that about austintown very rude and disrespectful I really think u need to get new staff at that store..zack ...that works at niles is amazing he should be a managet

I had the most God awful experience WITH THE MANAGER AT THE NILES, Ohio location. I never want to see someone lose their job, but he is a must! I talked earlier to an extremely friendly girl that explained what she could because I messed up with my auto withdrawal. So I called back to talk to a manager. I’ve been a manager for a huge makeup company in Macy’s forever and I never heard an employee talk to anyone like dirt. I was not calling to complain I just wanted to know if he could help me. He said the girl on the phone would if never told me blahhh because we are trained to know what we are doing not customers!!! Excuse me you said that to me, a customer. Yep, I don’t care customers are not always right i am the manager good luck getting a hold of my boss and I hung up in utter shock!!! If I could swear that would not even explain the ignorance of this man!!! I had to tell every single person I knew and they did too out of complete shock!!! I would not even given a 1 but you have to
