Love my booths so comfortable.
Ive never been this upset and disappointed in a company before. Ive dealt with high end shoes etc befkre and other retailers are very customer supportive and offer refunds if needed, wtc. No issues. I will NEVER buy anything from Red Wing again. Disgusted by how I was treated and the company's compete lack of customer accomodation .
Great boots love the fact that there is a made In America line
Brouht them back today after work. He looked at them literally for maybe 1.5 seconds and said theyre worn and cant be returned. Just like that. No partial credit offer, no restock fee etc. Absolute ZERO customer support. So I have these boots I dont like and can return.
I got my boots Saturday. Wasnt told anything about their apparwnt complete lack of refunds fpr customer accomodations if you decide they dont fit right etc. Wore them saturday and part of Sunday. Just a few walks and errands. Boots are clean and look brand new obviously. I found them to be too heavy with the steel toe and they became uncomfortable. Something that typocally takes a gokd day toreally aee how well they fit to your feet and Activity types.
Excellent work boot selection. Good service.
In my opinion, the service was better before they moved. I don't know what happened.
