Customer Service-2 (someone did apologize)
I've been going to animal medical care center for over 5 years now and never once have I had an issue. One of my dogs, who's now passed away, went to this vet after we found out she has a genetic issue with her liver. They were there the whole time for our dog, and for us. I'm very grateful to them. The whole staff is very friendly and they care.
Timely service-1
My Boston began having seizures. Her regular vet & backup vet could not take her. In desperation, I called Animal Medical Care center. The receptionist put Dr. Singh on the phone. He replied, "bring her now". I cannot say enough about how well she was treated. They saved her life yesterday, prescribed the right meds and informed us what to expect. -- by BOTH vets. I'm extremely grateful for everything & from now on, all our furbabies will be patients.

Stay away from this dirty facility. Here is a quick summary. Five years ago they almost killed my dog by a botched neuter procedure. I came back years later to pick up my friends pet and the place was even dirtier than before. Front desk greater stated "When I get busy I don't worry about the customers. I don't want to miss any money". Another front desk woman was cursing at other employees while a young child (8-10 years of age) was sitting right there. Those are just a few examples. Here is a break down on the service and facility. Scale used is 1-10. The high-end of the scale is 10.
Bandit has been going to the Animal Medical Care Center for routine care since I adopted him 18 months ago. He is an eight-pound yorkiepoo, happy and healthy. Whether it has been for neutering surgery, routine check-ups, or whether I'm just going into the office by myself to pick up routine flea and tick preventative medications, Dr. Singh and all staff members I've interacted with have been kind, competent, and professional with me and my dog. I live out-of-state for part of the year, but when I'm in Ohio will continue to use AMMC, and would highly recommend them to others.
I have been taking my dog to this vet for years and they were pretty good, until recently. My dog had an emergency and I called after hours I was greeted very rudely on the phone and when I told them what was going on I was told they would forward everything to the vet and I should expect a call. As my dog got worse and after more than 30 minutes I called back and when they realized that I had already called they were extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that if I do not hear anything from the vet in 30 minutes to take him to the animal hospital in Girard. Thankfully my dog was okay and I took him to the hospital in Girard. However the vet did not call me back until the next day. I am extremely dissatisfied and I am looking for a new vet. Please take your animals to someone who actually cares about them!
Good instruction where provided that was the only positive.
