be careful paying with cash at this jewelers, if you need to take an item back this store. will tell you they do no thave enough cash in the drawer and you have to wait for days and call the store to see if they have accquired the cash to do your refund. they will issue you a corp check but you have to wait a week or so. so better not to shop here or use a credit card to purchase. It seem that this store should have at least a petty cash allowance, but instead they gave me the run around saying they have not taken in enough cash to give me a refund. Each day i called in that is what they told me. Eastwood Mall store. Very nice nasty at this store.
As many people know, buying jewelry can be nerve-wrecking and stressful. However, I have never been to a store that made me feel so confident and comfortable with my purchase choice as this JB Robinson did. The staff is extremely personable and I never felt like they were trying hard to push a sale on me. They also gave me the most fair and honest prices for engagement rings that I had ever received while shopping around at other stores. Overall, I would strongly recommend this store to any first-time buyers, and everyone else for that matter!
